Its a time machine.

London is at war, it is split in 3, there is the govament, the resistance and by standers.
The by standers dont what to get in voled in this fight.
The resistance are fighting for what thay say is justice, As there belive that the time machine will be a a threat to the world.
Yet there also the ones that are putting by standers at risk. even killing some becase there know someone on the Govemnet side.

The govemant is trying to defesn there people as a good leader dose.
