I hardly need to remind you that I have studied inter-dimensional travel quite extensively; as such, I don't doubt that a place like this could exist, just the idea that I could have reached it with no effort or intention whatsoever.

Physically, I am in London. In a prison cell, in fact. Where my subconscious might be is of little importance.
