That... is something that can be dealt with when the time comes. I don't presume to understand the whims of this place, so there's every chance that my Hershel will never appear.

From what I gather, that's what happens when he dates me rather than Claire.

I'm not sure who Claire is, but I can't deny that you're good at what you do.

She would have been Hershel's girlfriend, and was in all the other worlds that I know of.

Well the worlds where I'm Layton's girlfriend just haven't turned up here yet.

I'm sure those would be interesting worlds indeed.
