[Peacock is... displeased, to say the least. It's true that it can bend (and outright break, if it prefers) its own rules at will. However. There's a difference between the bending and breaking of rules such as the length of its toying with the residents or its interpretation of wishes, though, and outright turning and undoing a wish that's already been made regarding itself. The upshot of which, of course, is that it's stuck within its own walls until the end of the month.
Have fun, residents, with the irritable eldritch abomination prowling the corridors.]

Having not learned from the first time, he casually strolls over, as if the two of them are fond friends. They both know this is not the case.]
How are you enjoying being confined to these walls?
no subject
How do you think?

He draws himself up to his feet, knowing that Peacock doesn't like his victims to stay down.]
I think you're handling this rather childishly, just like any Clive would.

[Perhaps the way it's sort of... flickering around the edges will better convince him.]
no subject
[He really means that.]

I use this form because it's easiest to reflect those who have been here longest, and I find a male form more aesthetically pleasing.
[Hence why it's reflecting, in particular, Concinna, rather than Shescole.]

And yet for some reason you choose to settle on a Clive, when you clearly find Laytons to be "more aesthetically pleasing".

Unless... you happen to be lying again. It wouldn't be the first time.

[In other words, it's lazy rather than weak.]

Is that what you believe?
...well, I suppose it's true that there are tentacles...
no subject
But I must confess that your imagination has proven to be rather limited so far.
[How far are we away from more pain?]
no subject
Besides, it's amused.]
You think that my body is limited by my imagination?

...the first thing he wants to do is hit him...
...but he stops himself just in time to take his collar an say nothing, but grit his teeth, because he has so much to be angry for, being stuck here, but he also has Claire...and he's not sure whether he should be happy or angry and it's killing him.
He still says nothing just gives him a look.]

Unhand me.

[Instead he pulls him closer and grips on his shirt even harder.]
I. Need. Answers.
[Says the scientist of course.]
no subject
If you want answers you will unhand me.

Fine....why are we here!?
no subject
To entertain me.
no subject
And just were are we? Give me a location, because as we can't go outside, nor can we find any place this could be, this is turning into something of an HP Lovecraft narrative...
[He pauses before going on, his voice obviously trailing off.]
And why did you bring poor Claire here!? She, of all of us, does not deserve this.
[Obviously Dimitri is feeling rather guilty for having her fall in love with him in here.]

So you'r the "thing" we call the DR.
I have a question for you if you don't mind.
