[Twister is lurking in the corridors and is in a particularly unpleasant mood today. He recently confronted Roulette in regards to getting his Clive back, only to find that not only did Roulette not have his Clive, but somehow he magically teleported Twister away.
Twister does not like being magically teleported away.
He reasons that it probably had to do with this blasted wish event (an event that he knows is drawing to an end all too soon...), but that doesn't make him feel any better about it.
Come bother him if you're up to feeling the wrath of his bad mood.]

Decided how you plan to use your final wish, Twister?
no subject
You think I'm going to use it?

...Doesn't want me? Petrel has proven nothing of the sort. I have yet to even come in contact with him since he arrived, thanks to Roulette preventing me from doing so.

Regardless, that has nothing to do with what Petrel wanted.

You would have seen Roulette make a wish.

[...until I'd mentioned it right in front of him.]
That... doesn't make any sense.

If you can prove to me that Petrel chose Roulette over me, then do so.

If you want me to believe you that badly, you'd use your god-like powers to prove it to me. If you can't do that, then I won't believe you and be on my way.
But seeing as you want to break me so badly, I feel that if there is at all any proof behind this that you would show it to me.

[He steps over to Peacock, still not entirely sure if he can even trust what Cthulhu shows him.]

no subject
Oh.
No.
But yes, that is definitely something that Petrel would do. That is a conclusion Twister could see that blind, impulsive idiot coming to.
There's no doubt on Twister's face that he believe what you're showing him, Peacock.]
no subject
Well?

[A moment, please.]
no subject
Twister.
[And there's a warning clenching feeling around his neck to accompany that.]

Go on.
no subject
No, really, well done.
Here I thought that I could get one over on you and make you suffer. But no, you put me right in my place.
Who was I to think that I could outsmart the hell beast that is this place?
You saw us as ants, I know that much; but I thought that maybe I could show you just how irritating ants could be when the farm smashed and they were left to run all over the floor. It was never like that, though. What a most... human was to have even considered it at all. We were never ants in a farm in some kid's bedroom - the whole universe was always the farm. If we broke it, we'd just be breaking into a bigger farm.
Thank you for showing me that.
Thank you for completely breaking me and putting me back in my place.
I daresay I could kiss you, but that would probably just result in you slapping me across the walls a few more times. And I don't want that.
[He takes his hands of Peacock's shoulders.]
Now if you excuse me, I must go mourn my last chance of happiness elsewhere.
no subject
Because oh, Twister, you don't even know how prettily broken you look to something with eyes like Peacock's.
Its delighted grin practically splits its face as it watches him, bouncing on the balls of its feet a little.]
Oh, finally! I knew it was coming but there's something just a little unpredictable about how it'll look up close and oh, you're nothing like Tyrannus or Petrel were!
[A tilt of its head, that grin stretching wider.]
Should I break Hendel, too? She's so close and I think she'd be just as pretty.
no subject
Now, good day, fine sir.
[He turns on his heels and begins to march away.]
no subject
Peacock isn't done with you.]
Do you think she'd come after you again? You'd be broken together and it would refract the light so prettily. I want to see that.
no subject
I'm sure that you can tell me exactly how each of us would react, seeing as you already know everything and have seen every possible outcome.
no subject
no subject
But seriously, can you tell me when we're done here? Because I would very much like to go and decide upon exactly how I'm going to lose my mind.
no subject
Don't test me.
no subject
I'm not testing you. How could I test you when you already know my every decision inside out?
I will of course bounce words off you until you decide that you don't wish to do so anymore, but I really would like to be getting on. The loss of one's sanity is a rather pressing matter, after all.
no subject
Though I'm afraid it'll be without the usual company, considering.

It throws Twister against the ceiling again, and then flings him down the corridor. Well. It's... probably permission to leave, at least.]
no subject
He could have at least had the decency to limp.]
