When he's ready I'm going to show you all my peacock! But he doesn't want to come out yet, so you'll all have to wait a little while.

That was my old peacock. I have a better one now. But when you're ready you can look at the new one too.

Well, in that case perhaps I could get another look at that one while you're preparing the new one.

I'm not sure I could do it in the same room as him...

There's an awful lot of empty rooms in this place, you know.

Well, everyone needs a bit of alone time now and then. Even peacocks.

Aren't you at all worried about when that good friend of yours turns up?

That... is something that can be dealt with when the time comes. I don't presume to understand the whims of this place, so there's every chance that my Hershel will never appear.
