[Claire has been working on her investigation into Twister's murder. She's complied a list of notes about what she has discovered so far. It reads as follows:
- After being cleaned up, the body was found to have several gash marks on it's chest. Some kind of animal?
- Luke seems to think that it might have been a person trying to convince us it was an animal by fabricating the extent of the wounds.
- Regardless, he definitely died by being stabbed through the heart.
- Ms. Layton has laid a claim to taking over as Prime Minister soon after the death. She is a suspect.
- Talking to Clive has shown that Prime Minister Twister killed him before all this happened. This isn't relevant to the case? Unless it pins Clive as a suspect.
- Don Paolo claims to be the last person to have seen Twister before he died. He says he witnessed him talking to a Clive he was unfamiliar with in the lobby.
- Talk to the Clives to find out if any of them were with Twister on the day of the murder?
- Don't bother with that one annoying Clive until it becomes unavoidable.
She's frowning. Talking to all of the Clives would take ages... Feel free to give her some advice, whether you fall into the Clive category or not.]

...what are you doing?
no subject
Oh, um, hello. I'm... just looking through my notes. Are you new here?
[She looks for a name tag.]
no subject
[He has one! It says "HELLO, MY NAME IS PIDGEY."]
no subject
This is the Dressing Room, draws in people from different dimensions and forces them to stay.
...You know, I've never heard of a bird called a pidgey before. Is it a newly discovered species?
no subject
...
[Why is she talking about P-- ...oh. Why does he have a nametag what even...]
They're, uh, a Flying-type native to Kanto? Are you from Unova or something?
[In his experience, Unova is the only region where it's common to not even have heard of half of the Japanese Pokemon... even in Orre they seem to have a pretty good knowledge of them.]
no subject
[Well, this one might take the cake as the most confusing Clive so far.]
no subject
Unova's... American.
[Clive don't sound so judgemental, you lived in Unova for two years.]
no subject
no subject
Uh. Not really.
...
[HMMM.]
...what kind of Pokemon do you have?
no subject
[She's hoping that isn't Japanese slang for something dirty. :|]
no subject
...they're. Uh.
...do you live under a rock?

[He lets Banette out of her ball as proof.
Hey look, Claire, it's a thing with claws just like the ones who left marks on Twister!]

How's it coming Miss Scarlett?
[Foward-dating this to after her talk with Pidgey]
Dimitri! It's lovely to see you.
As for how this is going, well... I'd say it's a bit here and there. While I've definitely discovered a few things about the murder, nothing's linked enough to draw a conclusive answer.
[Yeah, i imagined it would be.]
Yeah, I can imagine. There's not much...evidence around. I suppose if we could find something with DNA on it even though it would make this easier. But I'm not sure...
[He shrugs and looks at her thinking. She was so beautiful staring off into nothing...]

[Sighs.]
Paul seems to believe that one of the Clives had something to do with it. But so far they've been less than helpful.
no subject
[He looks around and then raises an eyebrow.]
Actually, things like confirming prints and such are easy if you have eyeshadow and or power bronzer, a make up brush and a magnifying glass. It's old fashioned and it takes a long time, but it could work.
[He places his hands behind his back.]
So you've been working pretty hard on this huh?
[What is small talk to Dimitri? He just likes listening to her.]
no subject
But you're right on all accounts. Want to help me try to gather some prints then?
[She smiles up at him. Can you say no to that face?]
no subject
Oh, sure if you need me too. Um..it will take a while to confirm anything however. I hate to say.
[He smiles anyway.]
I spouse that means we'll have to spend some time together, hm?
no subject
And, yes. We definitely need to spend more time together. I never imagined that a good old fashioned murder mystery would bring us together, but there you go.
[She's still smiling~]
Shall we go fetch the tools then?
no subject
[He's still falling victim to the smile. What a sweetie~]
Lead the way, my dear.
no subject
We can just pop back to my room and pick it up.
no subject
[He smiles just the slightest and nods at her suggestion.]
I'll follow you. This place is so big, I forget where every room is.
no subject
I never knew you were such a flatterer.
[She begins to walk in the direction of her room, looking back to see if he's following.]
